You can click on any service and see our pricing up front. Our pricing is fair and standardized. We DO NOT set pricing based upon the maximum we think you can afford. Whether we are working in a $50,000 home or a $5,000,000 home, the price will always be the same.

SK Hardwood (Wesley), my family and myself would like to say thank you. You guys did a awesome job of installing of our wood flooring two weeks ago. We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism of there work that they did in our rental home, we did a additional contract for our primary residence. There pricing for there services was amazing, hands down they beat every other competitors in the Charlotte metro area that we contacted. Wesley made sure by checking on his crew and assisting them daily and talking with us to make sure everything was done and completed to our satisfaction. I have to give a shoutout to one of his workers "Marino" a very dedicated employee, on time, stay late, gave excellent advice on the care and maintenance of the wood flooring.
I could not be happier with the workmanship and care that went into the refinishing and staining of my hardwood floors. The owner, Wesley Silva, oversaw all of the work performed and took care of every tiny detail. The stain color was a custom mix that we created together. All who performed work were professional, courteous, punctual and cleaned up nicely each day. After the movers scratched my brand new hardwoods while moving me into my new home, SK Hardwoods promptly made the necessary repairs, even moving my furniture as needed. My Interior designer was so pleased w the floors that she is using SK Hardwoods for her own floors. SK Hardwoods also refurbished a dated staircase and I love the end result! I highly recommend SK Hardwood Floors Inc.
Wesley and his team did a wonderful job repairing some damaged flooring in my home and added hardwoods in a downstairs office. I was pleased both with the quality of work and their flexibility in working around our schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
